"Intelligence" is a rare occurrence, unless you're the lucky and were born with a well blessed sets of DNA (and/or ancestral a$$ets) which is an uncommon thing in our societies. At 2:09 UBI $500. Some folks spent all that $500 as it comes in every month and some already had spent it way even BEFORE it comes in, some spend half $250, and some investing that $$125 every months. This what AI can't help. It's back to H.I. the "Human Intelligence". Do not get upset on the first set of people, greed and stupidity are both part of human nature.
