Frankly lets face it robots dont need vacation day, sick days, or time off, they do what they are programed to without any questions, Oh and they don't need 401 accounts or Pentions just to name a few. Your whats keeping the 1%ers from maximizing his bottom line, your the human get rid of you problem solved.
