I agree with what you said, but the sentiment "against" artists is not because people do not appreciate good art. It is because of the unneeded hate that some purists spew against AI as if it was the bane of their existence. It is just a tool, if it does something, and someone finds value in it, then what problem do you have with that. But these guys just end up defaming artists themselves, much like the aggressively vegan folks on the internet end up making a mockery out of their own ideology.
