I fired one recently. He wasn't really accomplishing anything, made tons of boolsheet excuses, and complained about his personal issues way too much. I'd given him plenty of money (deposit), resources, assets, and THRONGS of guidance. But... nope, he couldn't deliver a competent product. I didn't WANT to consider A.I., but now--thanks to that lazy, lying dbag--it's on my possible "to do" list.
