From what I understand about LLMs they're the best way to make complicated programs, but they need to learn how to solve a problem through extreme trail & error. They need to fail thousands of times until they figure out even simple solution. We can train it fast in a simulation where you can speed things up, but you cant do that with real world interaction, & it would also need consistent correct feed back.
This is just a guess, but It may not be able to learn who to really interact with humans, unless we trained it for something like 100 years with the current system.
