This is misinformation, and I hope that anyone who could benefit from using ChatGPT in this manner is not deterred from seeking support that they might not otherwise seek out!
As long as you don't enable “improve the model for others”, your chats won't end up in the training data and thus can't be extracted in the manners described here. And since OpenAI is SOC II certified for their business plans, I think they can be trusted on this, as violating this would have disastrous consequences for their professional reputation.
