It is frustrating to hear every anti-AI argument claim that AI creates. An inanimate object can't create anything without humans using it as a tool. A human makes the model, comes up with concepts and ideas, and edits the images and videos. AI is simply a tool. Art isn't solely defined by the tool used or the time it takes to create; it's also defined by the intentionality and vision of the human creative mind. I have seen many examples where people using AI to create art have displayed clear intentionality that requires planning. I see no reason why such works should not be classed as art, the same as someone with a paintbrush.
