"it could be awful" and you ask " in what way?" I think I know in what way - joblessness will lead to increased crime which in turn, will lead to increased surveillance and policing until most of us will live like rats in the sewers fighting for scraps and the lucky ones will remain in their golden towers. Eventually leading to anarchy, if we are lucky.
