No, the issue is the plain english will need to always have a translation layer, a compiler. A human will need to write that if a human is writing the programming language. If the AI is writing the programming then it wouldn't be needed. But humans "dictate" the code for the platforms and they will never outsource that to AI because there is more money is software customization than in engineering resource optimization. Because humans use software.
