AI is a tool only. Never use it for anything other than a tool. Tools can be good or bad for a specific application. AI is not a very good tool for health advice since AI takes all information.. good or bad.. and incorporates it into responses. This includes fictional information from stories and wild unproven claims.
What is the best tool for health advice? An actual doctor... and even then they do not always agree with each other. Find one you trust and heed their advice.. and seek a second opinion from a different doctor if you feel the first one may be wrong.
