As a teacher I've got to say, pretty easy to get around AI, such as a lab, presentation, verbal assessment, or just plain old written test... teachers do this regularly to track student growth, but I do it pretty much every day as we give daily group presentations. AI was never meant to assess students, only meant to help teach them. We just need to wake up and realize the obvious: assessment cannot be conducted without a "proctor"... so no more essays...
