tesla will never get full fsd, approved by authorities in Europe and or other developed countries when they only use cameras as sensors, these do not meet the required traffic safety, in weather like, fog, rain, snow, twilight, slippery road darkness, etc
if unattended, fsd is to work under these conditions, then tesla has to install completely different sensors like lidar and radar, there are no shortcuts, Waymo has understood this, but not tesla
