I’m pretty anti-AI but I wasn’t feeling great and therapy was making things worse no matter how many different therapists I tried and I decided to give it a shot and it helped me. This is also a generally incorrect look of how training data is used.
I didn’t give personal data, donated to plant trees to offset the carbon, still think we should be critical of it but let’s also not shame people who it helps ❤
