Except just like the AI can look at your work, so can any other human novelist making a new novel. And you’re not gonna charge that human novelist for being influenced by your novel. And there’s no copyright law that they’d be breaking if they’re a novel was different enough from your novel.
So what’s the difference here besides AI not being a human ?
