While i do agree AI is extremely harmful to artists, to completly dismiss it as "soulless" is kinda wrong imo. A lot of what people consider "soul" in drawings, paintings, art in general is just certain subtle patterns. To me ai will eventually reach a stage where it will grasp what it is that makes something soulless and just stop making those mistakes. I guess the little imperfections of paintings can also be "learned" or rather copied
