Autopilot is just lane keep and cruise control… It will not stop at stop signs or stop lights.
Full Self Driving (FSD) is a paid feature and does not come default without paying a subscription or buying it outright. Full self driving is capable of handling all road signs, stops, and traffic. FSD works really well despite being 5 year old hardware. I agree with the claim it drives better than most drivers. However, it does have trouble with certain intersections because it is unable to clearly see cross traffic.
