Then you did not do your due diligence of protecting that knowledge. the sin of the trade off for convenience "Laziness" is coming back on the human race. AI is bringing the birds home to roost legitimately. Of course that is a very unmerciful ethical look at the problem but ethically legitimate none the less. The best mankind is going to get out of it I suspect is a very low pay-out class action law suit. For a Judge and jury may side with peers and as peers say "we got no other excuse accept were only human" Most of us not capable of even trying to read booklet length computerized legalese.
