I think if content uses AI creatively it should be considered for copyright. As I learn Python and tinker with some AI tools, I certainly think of ways to use it that I consider creative, while also realizing I can automate it and fake creativity to an extent. If it is used in the latter way, it is usually fairly obvious from what I've seen so far. I don't think this problem will really exist for long. I bet people ditch this tech. After 10 minutes of non-creative AI, you can feel your brain rot 😂 I'd also be concerned about the source of the AI content. So I'd never use it except for inspiration or a starting point. Maybe some minimal background content.
