As a freelance creative and artist, its just heartbreaking to have spent years learning your craft, then finally becoming decent at it, and then have AI suddenly dropped into the world. Even though I have started exploring this tools, just out of surviving instincts, I still feel it's just cheating yourself. And also, some of the digital work I do (3d animations, illustrations etc, ), when I "share" it, it doesnt feel as gratifying as before AI, because, even if i didnt use this tool, you get a notion, that it might as well have been. Or that the viewer could think it was AI made. It's just really depressing when you stop to think of it. I strongly believe, there is no such thing as democratizing creativity. It's a ridiculous phrase. Everyone is inherently creative. But learning your craft and spending those hours is entirely another thing. But the genie is out of the box because of greed and only greed alone. Creativity should have been a sacred thing, just for humans. Giving creative power to a machine is the beginning of the end.
