I prefer not to use AI anyway, and the copyright folks are gonna do what they are gonna do anyhow. So how I see it, Is if the person has an AI make the creation, then they don't deserve any copyright for not doing any work or creating. But neither does the AI. first of all, AI is not a U.S. citizen or even a person and has no natural rights or protected rights. Furthermore, AI is not an actual intelligence and, as such, creates nothing from its non-existent mind . AI is a machine, and machines can not own anything. So what's next, the future much improved new AI will be allowed to copyright its own stuff? And operates at speeds and levels that before too long a real person can't copyright anything because every combination of words has already been copyrighted by the AI? Basically, I would say that nothing with,by,or uses AI involvement ,including spell check tools, can be copyrighted. Weeds out the non creators right off the bat. Simple, you either made it, wrote it ,or thought it, composed it, played it, or you didn't . Only 100% humans can copyright anything. The owners and/or platforms of the AI should not let anyone use their stuff if they don't want it used as a tool, which at best is all an AI is. ✨️🙂✨️
