I won’t deny that it helped me tremendously when I needed the most. I was replying to an email from an ex and asked him to review his email first and check if my reply was polite because my ex was being rude. ChatGPT was able to describe him with quite precision, just by reading one of his manipulative emails. Got even better when I spilled more tea. For us verbal processors is a nice tool. Just learn to use it instead of being used by it.
