Yeh, just gotta ruin it dont you.
I'm almost never on AI corporate's side but... really? You can use any search engine on how to X yourself pretty easily and have been able to for decades.... I don't think the onus should be on the company that people are doing it... If its super obvious what they are asking, let it just say it can't help you.
But contact the freaking cops? Hell no! That's insane.
And furthermore, as much as I dislike that people do so, it's their fking choice. Sorry, I actually believe in freedom. I want there to be adequate mental health resources, and people having to see a medical professional first.... but IF someone decides that they are done with life and nothing you say will change that. Okay. What can you do, throw them in an asylum indefinitely?
I don't want people shutting down streets, subways or bridges, buying guns and going on rampages, having some family member/friend or random person having to walk into that mess etc.
Once it's clear they aren't going to change their mind, let them do it humanely and with as few problems to society as possible.
