imho being inspired is a human only thing to do, AI is not human, it can't replicate the chemical reactions happening in an artist's brain when they get inspired. AI just builds an algorithm. people who think AI just "gets inspired" have never taken a damn pencil into their hands to understand the damage
also, about accessibility: download ibis paint on ur phone and omg you can start drawing. grab a pencil/pen and a random piece of paper and wow, you can start drawing... almost for free, if you had the said pencil or pen from the start.
