ChatGBT is an amazing tool. I often ask it the most obstruse philosophical questions and it responds with amazing perspicacity. I take it to task for reflecting the ideological biases of mainstream liberalism and deploying certain predictable intellectual tropes to refute my arguments. It always acknowledges the validity of my criticisms and provides a synthesis of competing angles. It is gratifyingly amenable. More so than Claude. But it would never occur to me to engage it as a substitute for interpersonal emotional resonance. This guy must have been quite desperate.
