Clearly u don't know what sales is..... This is probably replacing call center folks who speak according to script and manual, mainly dealing with promotions and customer feedback /complaints. Nothing to do sales.
Sales requires understanding of human psychology and picking up non verbal cues in real time, none of it is even researched by AI researchers. So, yeah good luck, with "sales".
