The lawsuit will be decided by those who approve of or disapprove of AI. I can access the same information for free, why can't a computer? I can rewrite it exactly as written, why can't a computer? And no, OpenAI doesn't store the information and charge for access since access to ChatGPT is free unless you want to upgrade for more access.
