On a very prosaic problem, I have found that my news feed on BBC gives me news interest stories that they think I might be interested in, not so much to be informed as to keep me clicking so advertisers have more face time. Yet, I do not get access to other stories that might pique my interest. What I am saying is that AI in advertising can be a downward spiral of passing interest into obsession. Really? Think about it.
