I don’t understand why not liking to draw, but still wanting to be able to realize your concepts in a visual medium without paying someone 80$ per picture is considered “egotistical”.
Maybe I really misunderstand something. I’ve been drawing for 20+ years and I haven’t enjoyed a second of it. It’s always been a means to an end, that end being seeing the ideas in my head translated to a visual medium.
I am absolutely learning to use AI generation. Because I can put my own admittedly mid art into it, and then enhance it to a degree that I could never achieve on my own. I used to be on Deviant Art. And I think a lot of the hate for AI art comes from Comission Artists who are upset that they don’t have the market cornered anymore.
Feel free to change my mind. I just feel really confused by how divisive this has all been.(im not a fan of Shad btw. More of a Skallagrim guy when it comes to my medieval weapons info lol)
