💎Meditate once or twice for 20 minutes per day, like so:
1. Put a timer and sit with a straight back, relaxed.
2. Close your eyes and focus on the air coming out of your nostrils.
3. Now, while you'll be doing this your memories will start to come up, its good because thats the suppressed energy rising up and releasing from you. Dont fight it. Just lovingly notice it and gently return your focus on the air leaving your nostrils.
4. Do it until the timer notifies you the time is up.
5. After you are finished , sit for another 1 to 2 minutes with your eyes closed,just relaxing. Let yourself rest.
You'll feel well rested,more focused and enthusiastic about life.
