The previous global scrapes and the continuous global scrapes cannot stand up legally. This is the snake oil in this current hype machine with global data. Australia has started to push back on the first and continued scrapes. Other countries will follow suit. You can't expect a company to copy everyones commercial data globally and then every sovereign nation is just cool with that blatant theft masked as transformative.
AGI and ASI has no formal scope yet, it's nonsense and won't happen for a long time, llms are woefully slow and inefficient. A lot more components will be required. Yes it has superseded human minds already in specific places. We max out around 9 objects for one area. There are currently 325 competing standards for consciousness. We are a long way to all parts of the human mind as a construct. llms is one tiny thin slither of a bigger science field.
Agentic AI comes with a liability and risk factor. Policy will follow each agents liability space. A social media agent can change the post. A space parts ai fabricator cannot get anything wrong. Is your agent handling Mc Donalds fries or NASA parts.
The real concern is a human with bad intent using these new tools before AGI or ASI is reached. That bad human and the tool will come first and many times before the AGI ASI sky fairy
