But the AI CANNOT handle customer support. It is an absolute nightmare to deal with AI when you call somewhere. Whoever thinks that AI can do it is WRONG, at least as it stands right now. I personally HATE talking to AI assistant. Their responses are VERY limited and they CANNOT do any sort of problem resolution. Not to mention that AI is just WRONG a lot of the time.
