Abundance for who? You're assuming AI productivity gains will be shared, but that's not how capitalism works. When companies automate jobs - whether it's customer service with chatbots, graphic design with AI tools, or any other role - do they lower prices for customers? No, they pocket the profits.
AI will create abundance for the people who own the AI systems, not for the workers being displaced. We're heading toward a world where a handful of tech companies capture all the productivity gains while everyone else fights for scraps in a shrinking job market.
'Abundance' means nothing if you can't afford to access it. The technology might be amazing, but the economic system distributing it is designed to concentrate wealth, not share it.
Unless we completely restructure how we distribute resources, AI abundance will just be another form of inequality - more wealth concentrated at the top while human labor becomes increasingly worthless.
