This is actually very possible system. Breacher drones land on window walls etc and explode a hole into structure for mini drones to fly through and thousands of miniature drones deployed from semi trucks, vans, dropped from planes, or gradually placed in a concealed location with very little human traffic waiting to be activated. Targets groups of individuals by way of facial recognition software and social media. Absolutely is possible. Would probably be used by despotic governments to force people to pay taxes into poverty and assassinate responsible gun owners, conservatives, and anyone in opposition etc.
