This is all recorded in u.s military docs given to congress. 2 players that will be key yet left out is Japan & India the title shuda been the quad nations & a.i - Japan is a world leader in robotics & India has a diaspora that rules i.t & govt incentives is driving r & d + innovation, & Indian i.t has been involved with a.i development.
