Digital and physical drawing are both such different mediums. I’ve been trying to find my drawing style with physical and digital art, and finally I found one that works, but only with paint pens (and outliners). Can’t be any other tool or even digital. I can, however, trace my physical art so that it’s cleaner and easier to make into stickers with my iPad.
They both have their own purpose, and so do AI images. Their place is when someone can’t draw and needs a way to quickly sort of show what they’re thinking visually, or as a tool that artists can use for certain things. It should not be used to replace actual art/artists, because it’s just a compilation of other art that a computer has been told to associate with certain words.
