When you become so used to interviewing that it tips the scale of your emotional intelligence, to stop further probing because clearly interviewee was in vulnerable state about not spending more time with his loved ones. I just thought you could be more compassionate, i understand being on the other side. It is part of the job to dive deeper but sometimes we gotta learn to step back and be more human. Maybe this what an AI superintelligent will do, to humble us in a good way, to be more innate with our feelings rather than quest for wanting more.... knowledge, self-entitlement. Thinking we are so good and better than others.
