My local Taco Bell is using a chat bot for its drive through. Bad enough they insist you use the kiosk inside rather than ordering from a human, now they're reducing human contact through the drive through as well. The chain recently dropped the chicken enchilada burrito I liked, so there's really no reason to go there now since they have so little regard for people.
