5:30 if the wages would rise, then more profit would be gained by replacing it with AI and thus the entry jobs would be replaced even faster. Its between bad and worse but i think the lower wages might be the better option of the two....
On the other hand, we have automated around 40% of the work since the industrial revolution but we still have little unemployment and still work 5 days a week. Its all replaced with increasingly meaningless jobs. A lot of the extra jobs dont even generate enough revenue to justify their wage....
