I actually use Stable Diffusion (on my own PC) to generate references (from my own thumbnails) quicker so i can free some time to ... make more art. before it took hours to find suitable references if I can even find some (i always have a really clean image in mind when i start an artwork ... which makes finding refs hard) also for anatomy purposes AI is obviously still garbage, so i use my own hands, 3D models, poseable figurines and so on and do frequent studies if i dont understand something - this is something AI probably (hopefully) will never do as well as humans ...
welp and the comment you showed really makes me sad ... yes i would want to create art quicker - but just to make more art, as i said >_>
also: its 5 months from yout video, nightshade and glaze don't seem to work anymore, some time ago i put a shaded image into stable diffusion and let it create danbooru-tags fitting to the image and it was 100% on top :(
