by defaul it is theft cuz yrah uless you feed it those images to generate those said art piece in the style of said artists you arent getting jack shit, you gotta use a form of imagery or pre existant data from somewhere and any copycat who claims I am an artist cuz he's using ai to creat images form him is one of the dipshits I despise, yeah sure like saying im a vet in name for play call of duty complete bs, many artists are having their art fed to these ais to replicate their specific style which is theft last i checked its like reverse engineering consoles by using part of pre existant consoles from Nintendo
