This isnt really true, deviant art does not train their ai on their artists work, they train it on an open source data set; and the only way that someones work could get wrapped into it is if your username was like used as a prompt some how? Opting out completely blacklists your username from the second bit, but they were stupid and announced two things about general ai and their ai and people are getting extremely confused. Its their job to clear the air now sure, but they arent and havent been just throwing all of their users art into an ai unless it is specifically requested, which I honesty dont expect would be a common occurence
