Fellas, there ain't shit you can do, once she files the false allegations, you still automatically have a warrant for your arrest, you will go to jail, bail yourself out, and once you bail out, you are forbidden from going around your ex, wife, or partner until after you go to court. You can either plead guilty and go into a deferal program or you plead not guilty and face her in court with a lawyer... expensive and you could still lose money, freedom and custody of your children. In my case, she was a liar and was physically abusive towards me, so I challenged her false charges by placing charges on her as well and the DA threw both out cases out since they see false charges all the time in high conflict divorces.
