To say that AI has consciousness is like saying a tree has intelligence. We have a very, very, very, very long way to go before we can even consider AI being able to possess consciousness! The amount of computing power it would take is way beyond the capabilities of what we currently possess. And there's a big difference between the appearance of possessing consciousness and actually possessing consciousness!
