Current tech breakthroughs are pulling families apart. Be it kids who spend more time looking at their phones than talking to their family, or indeed kids talking to an AI rather than family. I can only imagine the pain his parents are going through right now and I am sure, as anyone would, they are asking what could we have done to prevent this.
In my day I spent the hours I wasn't at school or out with friends around my parents. These days kids hide in their rooms on computers and phones. Its a societal shift that is hurting people and it seems killing them too.
