AI images are not art. Art is the manifestation of soul and will. These are just images obtained by code. Code has no will nor soul. The only art in these AI is the code itself written by the programmers. But even then, it's just really bad taste art.
But even more important than that, the fun part of art is the process. If this shit becomes standard for any reason, then life becomes meaningless, boring, purposeless. People will turn into stupid entities that type numbers on a text field in order to "see what the computer gives in return" and in a few decades humanity will have lost it's soul.
Think what would happen if this happend to music or writing, which are other forms of art. Humans will just become useful idiots.
