People send AI-written resumes en mass, so there's now zero value in whatever is written in them statistically. You can't rely on what's written anymore not for initial screening of hundreds of applications. And then Workday knocks and says - hey, we can solve your problem, just don't ask questions, you won't get in trouble because we're making decisions for you. And they have the algorithm that is biased and unethical and removes agency from the applicant altogether through indirect surveillance. And not having a big enough digital footprint will probably get you flagged too. This might be one of the more important cases out there.
