Ai should be operated and managed by the federal government and made open source. Offer the stock holders and investors a buy out figure create a department of virtual intelligence and the government will take there patented codes and create an open source ai that is available and accessible to the public. Break up the tech monopolies, eliminate the millions that they spend on ligitation and lobbying of politicians, stimulate out economy by building out a new department within the federal government to oversee it. the government could aquire the rights and ownership of the data centers, allowing the federal government the computing space for all it's electronic infrastructure, and allowing for more transparency and citizen input because we would elect the people who would be in government. And stimulate the economy by creating jobs tons of local state and federal workers to up date and expand the governments security and capabilities in this market
