The only way to be literate is to keep practicing using it. Ironically there is a lot of time involved upfront to save time later on. Actually this is normal. The scary thing is CEO, vps and higher managers do not have time to learn it coz they are stuck in the past of being inundated with meetings and hierarchal workflows. 90 percent of them do not know how to implement it and it's embarrassing. They will be butchered eventually coz AI is not waiting and do not sleep and will replace them. Many of these fat layers in corporate are being exposed, exposed of hanging on their old ways of knowledge which it worked in the past and they continue to think it will work. They have gotten comfortable with the old ways and refuse to learn. Even people in IT do not know AI coz it's hard to keep up. U literally have to learn at nigh after work or in the weekend about new AI models and no one will do that after a very long grueling work week. only 5 percent will push to learn this. Each day the ai is being trained and eventually it will know what a cfo will do, or even a CEO. I know many of these leaders are gifted speakers thata why they have their title but they will be exposed that they don't know how an llm works or how to integrate the ai workflows. Update what is chilling is I wrote this and I did not watched it all the way. When I watched it to 11:50 the lady from Google had the same view. U have to practice. No doubt about it. U need an insintric curiosity to learn it coz as u keep prompting u see how ai generates each time and u see the value in the way it thinks or give results differently and u add your human elements and the resulting product is better together.
