I need to check out her book, great interview! As another in the industry, I also struggle with the conflict between profit motive and public interest. Really happy to be working in the nonprofit space now, but also extremely upset with how much the tech industry has contributed in the worst ways. We could do so much good if the right people only cared more, or at all.
