Here’s a conundrum: @1:08:08 the honored guest states that “[he’s] I’m ambivalent at the moment…” regarding Stephen’s question: “Do you think they [computers] do have the same consciousness that we think ourselves having been given uniquely given as a gift when we were born?”
Given a creationism model, If we were born in “God’s Image”, would not the computers be made in our own? And then would not AI be closer to God, as “we” have created them? People want to know the mind of God—I have always thought that was the crux of AI 🤷🏾♀️, whether the intention or not.
